Rooms very spacious, clean and comfortable. Had a little trouble trying to open the door to the room, but the staff was great and very helpful - gave us a free breakfast coupon for the inconvenience of the door not working properly. Yhe light rail is right there. Couldn't ask for a better weekend. Thanks Crowne Plaza.

Would definitely stay here again.

Liked: The front desk was so helpful in getting us checked in and giving us directions to return our rental car as we had an early morning flight. The beds were very comfortable and finally a pillow that was great - not hard as a rock. Amenities in the room were plentiful. Would highly recommend this hote.

Not well taken care of...

Liked: Front desk personnel were nice but from there it was an unpleasant stay.TV broken, bedside lamp broken, USB ports not operational Will not stay again!

Liked: Excellent location, good value and friendly staff.
Disliked: Needs a refurbishment. AC very noisy and furnishings look tired.

Liked: Near the airport, which is nice. The shuttle is available every 30 minutes. The room was ok, fair value for what you pay.
Disliked: The staff was not super pleasant, found them a bit on the arrogant side.
