Nice and comfortable hotel with...

Liked: Breakfast was kind of ok to good. Location is like all other hotels linked with airports

Liked: The bed was comfortable, shower worked well, shuttle is handy. The little cafe in the lobby was pretty decent too.
Disliked: The street leading out of the property is not great to walk on if you plan to take public transit,but thankfully it's a pretty short walk to the nearest bus stops!

Disliked: The hotel is old, needs renovation badly and really crowded. I didn't know that there is parking fee. (my bad!)

Liked: The staff were kind and professional. Aliya, in particular, did her best to give us outstanding service.
Disliked: I booked a 4-person room. My booking clearly states: “Breakfast is included in the final price.” However, the hotel was refusing to provide breakfast for all 4 guests and said only 2 are included. On the first day, we received breakfast for 4, but next day they said only 2 can eat unless we pay extra. The booking confirmation does not state anywhere that breakfast is only included for 2 people. It simply says “Breakfast is included in the final price.” We booked the room for 4 guests, and expected breakfast to be included for all 4 of us, as nothing indicated otherwise.
