Liked: Crowne Plaza did not honor the booking despite having a confirmation number. Front desk staff were extremely rude. Will never go back to a Crowne Plaza after this

A dated hotel

Liked: Accessible via free shuttle bus, and really close to the airport. The room was spacious and clean. The receptionists were professional.
Disliked: It says it is a no smoking hotel. But the hallways smell differently, with a distinct scent of (attempted) chemical cleaning. The hotel is dated, and the road-barrier to access the parking lot was malfunctioning. The freestanding AC was somewhat noisy, as well as car-alarms and speeding cars at the adjacent highway. The breakfast buffet ran out of food, and there was no self-service of coffee, tea and juice. The hotel did not respond to message sent via Booking.com. The water tap in the bathroom almost fell off of the sink. The beds were squeeky, but the room was spacious and otherwise ok.
