Liked: Easy access to interstate, airport and long term off-site airport parking. Very clean and quiet room. Lounge a good place to unwind with food and drink offerings.

Disliked: TV didn’t work and very loud heater/air conditioning unit. Woke me up every time it turned on. I got in late after many delayed flights and just wanted to relax before my early flight the next morning. Once I discovered TV didn’t work, front desk said they would switch rooms for me. I asked to be on same floor so I wouldn’t have to haul my huge suitcases again. Was told I needed to pack up and go down to front desk to get room with working TV. I declined. Considering how loud heater / air conditioner was I regret that decision.Front desk people were not friendly at all, but airport shuttle people were great.

Disliked: We went to the bar for a short time and there was a very drunk man who had been there all day as we had spotted him there earlier. He was loud and obnoxious I wish the staff would have kindly removed him.
