Disliked: the hotel seemed quite tired and the spa and pool was in need of refurbishment. I didn't feel like the hotel was value for money although the staff were very friendly

Liked: The wedding venue was fantastic. The rooms were spacious. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety.

Liked: Mostly everything was fine. The bathroom wasn’t 100% clean when I arrived but didn’t say anything and didn’t want to cause any issues out of not much.
Disliked: I had called at 10:45am the day of arrival to ask if I could check in early at 1pm and the man on the phone said that was fine. I arrived at 1:30pm and the room still wasn’t ready for another half hour. I had to sit and wait in my car. I feel like It was bad of the staff to promise me early check in and ask what time and say yes when they couldn’t deliver that.
