Basic business hotel with clean...

Disliked: No snacks or food in the bar or the room...even a packet of crisps of bag of peanuts would have been welcome!

Fine - except for the...

Disliked: It was all fine - staff were very nice, hotel was clean etc etc. But the breakfast was poor. The cooked breakfast, the staples of a hearty breakfast, were limited; eggs were dry and bland and meagre fruit selection. For the cost of the breakfast, it was very disappointing.

Brilliant hotel base for our...

Liked: Room was very clean and bed comfortable. Breakfast was good and we were even able to choose our egg cookery. Coffee was poured for us. The staff in this hotel, from welcome at reception to the waiters at breakfast, were outstanding. We were also allowed to leave our car parked for free on Sunday, after checking out, so that we could go in to London
Disliked: Room was a bit dark on the side of hotel we were on and no view. It was a bit small compared to some other chains. Having water in the rooms would have made a huge difference to our visit
