Lovely comfortable hotel in great...
Liked: Location was perfect for us.Room was modern, clean and comfortable with plenty of toiletries included along with water and tea tray Lovely hotel - would use again
Disliked: Room was a little small and the wardrobe was a little impractical as it was already full with the ironing board, dressing gowns etc.

Highly recommend.
Liked: Very good location and competitively priced. Breakfast was excellent with great choices. Staff were very helpfu.

Very good
Liked: Location is superb, and the parking is effortless. The staff are lovely and very attentive.
Disliked: Think the hotel is starting to look a little dated. A few marks here and there. The bedding, too, was a little marked. The breakfast was ok but again I've known it be better here on previous occasions.

Was good, would book again...
Liked: The breakfast staff were brilliant, very welcoming and friendly, claire, pepe and marcio, nothing was any trouble to them. The woman on the spa desk was really nice and helpful too, our room was always made up to a high standard
Disliked: The weather was really warm and the air con was not cold enough, would prefer to have windows that open. Found the bed was not to my liking but can't please everyone I guess

Clean, well situated.
Liked: Clean, well appointed for Pier Head.
Disliked: Please listen to your staff!! We were woken by a knock Saturday morning as we hadn’t put a ‘Do not disturb sign’ as we’d locked door assumed it did something. The girl said the hanging sign is kept in the wardrobe, she gets this all the time and has suggested that it be left on the desk so guests can easily see it. No one has listened, this wastes staff time and can be intrusive to guests.

I had a pleasant stay...
Liked: booking in staff were really helpful when I had an issue with my card ,
Disliked: conflicting information regarding when I could park my mobility scooter, Restaurant staff also gave conflicting information we were booked in for half board , however I asked about paying extra for the Plaza menu no issues on the second day however on the 3rd day we were told it was not possible until I informed them that we had been told we could do this and pay extra if needed . Also despite being told I had a nut allergy I was served cheese and crackers and only after I had concerns about the crackers I was informed after checking they may contain nuts, this was not picked up at the time of serving and I was given bread instead.
