Superb

Liked: The staff are the best part of the stay here. Definitely get the grilled pork chop at the on-site resteraunt, amazing and absolutely hit the comfort food spot after an exceptionally long day.
Disliked: The only down side, the 3rd floor water pressure was not very strong. That's it, the only thing that did not meet expectation.

Overall a great hotel, needs...

Liked: Everything. This location has always been great for me.
Disliked: The breakfast buffet was only on one day, Saturday, instant watery eggs, there was only water, coffee, or orange juice for drinks. The buffet breakfast was better when they had the chef making your omelets and pancakes fresh. Also a lot of the staff (housekeepers) did not understand or speak English. There should also be more towels in the rooms.

Does in a pinch but...

Disliked: Hotel is dark and dingy. I booked a room with a single King and got 2 queens. Water pressure was weak. Hallways extremely dark and I could see where people would feel uneasy navigating through the hotel. Outside lighting is very poor as well. Considering the area it looks unsafe. 27 Dollars for 2 old Fashions that were not even made with the correct ingredients. Ridiculous.

Liked: The lobby was nice and renovated. All the staff was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Where do I start smh, If you stay at this hotel I recommend making sure it's in the renovated part. -We were in building 2 which was not update which was shocking compared to what the lobby look like. -When driving to building 2 we didn't realize we were there until we got to the back of the building where the number was. Once you go in you have to walk all the way to the other end for the elevator. -The fridge in our room barely cooled.-The AC wasn't fully working. It was on 71 but the room was 73, I had to change to 69 for it to come on. -The furniture in the room looks really date and nothing like the picture on the listing (I guess those are update rooms)-The shower head was messed up and water was coming out the side so you had to be careful while showering to prevent getting your hair wet. -I check out the bar and the drink were good but food was not worth the price. Paid $11 for salad and $6 for chicken which was thin and not worth the price. I also got a club chicken that had the same thin piece of chicken and was not worth $16. -It stated breakfast was included but when I went to the restaurant I found it was not free but instead a menu that you must pay for. Which that is fine but maybe update the post to state that. We end up only staying one night when we were booked for 3. I checked out early and book a hotel down the street that was better when comparing the two. I guess this is normal for this location since I was informed by a local that was in my training (reason for my visit to the city) that her family booked this location and experiences the same issues.
