Disliked: So the location does not have free parking and charges 25 per night for parking, which should be told when booking or maybe added it to the staying piece instead of being told after checking in. I forgot an item and called trying to reach someone just to be told that no one turned the item into the front counter due to housekeeping and reception are not the same department and do not communicate with each other which i have never heard of any place i stayed. No complimentary breakfast for your stay unless it included or pay 18.99 per guest. Would not recommend this place.

Disliked: the elevators were a disaster, very old and they kept going out of service, food was also really bad.the cleaning service was also a disaster. will never go back to this hotel again!

Disliked: I could hear the neighbors on both side. The building is horrible. 4 elevators and only 1 worked. Note they have 18 floors. It took myself and my caretaker 1 1/2 to get to floor 1 from 7. They could have atleast have us a free breakfast for everything not working
