Great experience! The staff were above and beyond phenomenal. At checkin I remarked at how pleasant the smell was, and they actually found the name of the diffuser scent. It was a clean, fresh bergamot based aroma. But, when I had questions or was grabbing a snack or drink, they were always so cheerful and upbeat. I have stayed at many hotels and I've never encountered staff that seem to actually love their job. This was a first. I don't know how management or HR has found these people, but wow, keep it up! Housekeeping, front desk, coffee shop people - all incredible. Thank you!

Liked: Staff. The staff made this place 5 stars. Super friendly and personable at check in and when I had questions, they answered well and were amazing. The coffee bar staff were phenomenal. Housekeeping were always smiling.

Liked: Very friendly staff; close to all the downtown action; easy walking to anywhere downtown.
Disliked: Room wasn't completely clean; TV worked when it wanted; A/C unit was noisy.

Great location. Close to Kansas City Music Hall and restaurants. Safe area to walk at night. Very friendly staff. We were told about the construction noise when we checked in.

I love this hotel! Its only a couple blocks from the Power and Light district and only a block away from the Midland Theater. The hotel staff was so helpful and friendly, and I loved our room! This is the place to stay.

Liked: Friendly and helpful staff; clean rooms; beautiful views.
Disliked: No negatives.

Staff was nice but our problems were never completely taken care of. Air conditioner was so noisy that had to shut it off and suffer with the temperature. Location nice.

Liked: Because of all problems, upgraded to executive for breakfast and happy hour.
Disliked: First room not clean; changed rooms - key didn't work; noisy air conditioning, not fixed.

Will always stay there.

Disliked: Got charged for parking garage - should have been included in room fee.
