Liked: The hotel and staff were wonderful.
Disliked: The swimming pool area was very busy and load. The steam room was not working properly so it was not very relaxing at all.

Great place to rest

Liked: Pleasant environment, super breakfast, modern atmosphere, comfortable rooms.
Disliked: the ceiling height of the rooms is depressingly low. The spa changing room is unheated.

Disliked: The curtains are dated and in poor condition, the bathroom very small and no space to put your toiletries on

Brilliant hotel

Liked: Brilliant family room with everything you need. The rooms are very clean. The facilities are great, the pool is nice and warm and a lovely big jacuzzi. We had breakfast included and it was delicious, a fantastic selection. We stayed here to go to the Harry Potter studios which are less than half an hour away. It's a great location for exploring different areas and the onsite car park has ample parking. Would definitely recommend.
Disliked: Nothing.

Exceptional

A pleasant stay, great service,...

Liked: Evening dinner was exceptional, really really great food and service, couldn't fault staff as they were super attentive. Location was good, plenty of parking, easily accessible etc.
Disliked: Rooms came with a wide rainfall style shower head, great but the lack of a shower curtain (as this sprays wide) meant floor got absolutely soaked (like you need two towels to mop up after a single shower). Having to mop up after every use really wasn't a great or relaxing experience. A significant oversight for a premium room.
