Nice hotel in good location,...

Liked: Lovely clean hotel in a good location not far from shops and restaurants.
Disliked: The staff in reception and the restaurant could have been less intimidating, they seemed to be reluctant to deal with any issues. At breakfast even though I’d bought my own gluten free bread because I’m Coeliac they had a real attitude when I asked them to toast it (it’s like eating sand if it’s not toasted) so I only asked the once and did without for the rest of my stay!The lifts were broken on and off for two days and the air conditioning in our room was a nightmare! 3 times they called an engineer but it still wasn’t fixed properly! It was very frustrating because as an asthmatic it really aggravated my chest.

Could have been better

Liked: Property was very convenient.
Disliked: I had a issue checking in & had to book a second room. The hotel agreed to refund me for 1 of the 2 rooms. I have yet to receive the refund and it has been almost 30 days. I have reached out to booking.com 20+ times and this still hasn't been resolved

My stay was great. The...

Liked: The bar downstairs was nice but if you bring food from the outside you can’t eat it there as per staff
Disliked: Only had one elevator that would go up and down sometimes it was caused traffic. Breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast, but the eggs were really spongy. Other than that. The breakfast was great.

Good, clean hotel, 25-30 min...

Liked: Good location, good view from the room; Note: I had a view to a park, other people had view to the highway (which probably was not so great).
Disliked: I booked a standard 2 Queen beds room and I got one with one King bed; I suggest to ask about the beds in the room at check-in time, don't assume that what is on the reservation is the default.
