Liked: Very friendly staff and very clean. Excellent location. This staff I should mention have been very kind and looked after us. It’s just few kind words and helpful gestures that makes all the difference. I should have asked the name but I regret I didn’t. Go to any length to keep your customer happy with a smiling face.

Think twice, nearby hotels are...

Liked: The wifi is good, the staff are nice, the breakfast is excellent with plenty of choice and good quality food.
Disliked: The location is isolated by busy roads, the bed was knackered, the phone in the room was broken and the air con didn't work in a heatwave!! (the air con being the reason I chose the hotel) Sadly, the response from the hotel management was "we will use your comments to coach our team in order to provide a better experience in the future." That's not much use if they're not repairing air con or replacing broken mattresses. Hotel was so tired and poorly lit, an altercation between other guests made it feel unsafe.

Liked: Location is great, right in town centre. Check in and out was easy, there arevgood facilities mif you want them e.g. bar and you get ironing kit in the room which I used. The room itself was a very good size and very comfortable, nice hot shower and TV had good choice of channels. Tea/coffee provided. Comfy bed.
Disliked: Toilet flush is in a very awkward position!
