Liked: Lovely hotel, on the outskirts of Belfast, just a handy taxi ride away. Very clean, comfortable and well run with good facilities. Very helpful and friendly staff, and everyones name is displayed. I was checked (and out) by Jobin who was very helpful and friendly. The name of the lady who cleaned my room was on a card in the room too, Beata, and the room was spotless. Breakfast was really good, again, super friendly and helpful staff, and it's all run very well and efficiently. Had dinner in the River Bar Lounge and Bistro, and was happy to see a vegan option as standard (vegan option on the lobby menu too). Really helpful features such as a taxi box on the reception desk, so you just press a button and are given a number and a taxi comes. Also there is a person stationed at a desk in the lobby to help with any queries and I could get a coffee brought out to relax in the lobby. There is a pool, gym etc here too, and it's only a mile to Queens parkrun, which was very handy. I heard no noise from my room in the night either, slept very well. Can't fault anything - would happily recommend this hotel to anyone.
