Liked: Excellent Coeliac breakfast options. Staff were very helpful and brought out extra scones and treats too. If I was to return to Belfast this would definitely be where I would stay simply because of this. Christmas decorations were beautiful also.
Disliked: lack of a kids/shallow pool area.

Liked: The staff were so helpful from the front desk to the kitchen and porters were exceptionally.great place to take your kids from play area to swimming pool brilliant place.there was even a bad storm and they worked through it couldn't do enough for us first class place
