Disliked: The restaurant could do with some more thought around the food, both options and quality l, stayed here many years ago and seems nothing had changed. Otherwise it was good stay thank you.

Liked: I loved pretty much everything. The hotel is very plush and the staff are excellent. Everyone we met was friendly and interested in helping. Our room was gorgeous, very comfortable, totally clean. I loved all the little seating areas spread around so you could relax away from your room if your wanted to. It was not cheap (in my view) but I think we got good value for money.
Disliked: Not much really. Venue, maybe? You are bit out of town so you need to drive anywhere. On the other hand that ment plenty of free parking in site. Oh, the coffee in the room. Nescafé Original should not be allowed to exist in any case and at this price I would like to have seen some decent coffee in the room.

Liked: Rooms were clean. Food was lovely.Staff friendly.
Disliked: Pool area had broken tiles bit grubby.Private swimming lession was taking place along with half the pool for lane swimming, we ended up with a very small section of the pool with around 6 outher family's no room to do anything and we wrent told before hand, would have picked another time to attend.Found an empty bag of drugs in the reception area lien on top of a plant pot.
