First family holiday

Liked: Friendly staff, reasonable location, nice sea view, bar prices good
Disliked: Room was too warm yes there was a desk fan but it didn't make a difference. Air conditioning needs to be installed. When going for breakfast the restaurant area wasn't really clean for example sticky tables, dirty floor.Don't think I'll be staying there again

We really enjoyed our stay…....

Liked: The rooms are comfortable such that we didn’t want to leave. The location is good. We just liked everything about the hotel, trust me. We’re coming back next summer
Disliked: The staff did not change our bedding

Exceptional

Flamingo Park visit and Scarborough...

Liked: Leisure club facilities good and breakfast more than enough selection ☺️
Disliked: All okay for our short B&B stay.

Could be so much nicer

Liked: Staff were friendly and welcoming.
Disliked: Front of the hotel looks very dated and ignored.Flies on the breakfast buffet.Holes in the seats.Whole hotel looks as though it has been ignored, rooms are dark and dated.Little bit of TLC could make this a gem.Needs a proper clean...dust and cobwebs on furniture and the top of the coffee machine!!

Liked: The spa facilities with gym included in the stay was a great addition
Disliked: Didn’t like the small standard tv with no option of connecting to Netflix etc And the room decor is a little dated

Room very tired reminded me...

Disliked: Steep hill and near impossible ability to park nearby

Okay for a short stay

Liked: Lovely location and view
Disliked: Parking used to be free now chargeable ! Dirty ! Had to clean the bath tub from pubic hair to splashed shower gel from the previous visitors room had a terrible smell. Bed very uncomfortable and pillows flat needed to be replaced We had a cot for our 15 month old - was not used dirty and stained and so hard !Over all I feel it’s a high price to pay for a below average room ! It’s dated needs a good clean and updating !
