Liked: Breakfast was spot on, room was very warm no a/c but after asking twice got a fan. lift broke down (just one of those things ) was fixed in a couple of hours so didnt spoil our stay

Liked: The pool and Jacuzzi were lovely.Whenever I had a query at reception they were always very helpful.
Disliked: Room 101 was exceptionally warm, needed a fan on 24/7 for 3 days. The window had lots of bird poo on the outside.When eating in the lounge bar tables never cleared away with food on for hours. We booked evening meal in the restaurant to be told that 3 of the items on the small menu were not available that evening (I presume because they had coach parties in).At breakfast on the first morning I had to ask for scrambled eggs as none were left on the hotplate, second day I had to ask for bacon and the third day I had to ask for bread for the toaster. Don't really think this is 4*. The food was nice and cooked well. The staff at breakfast always seemed rushed.

Liked: The size of the room. The exceptional view from the room. The staff in the hotel. The mattress.
Disliked: Though the bathroom was great the bath controls are difficult. The windows could do with a clean.
