Disliked: Receipt staff were rude. Demanded a deposit before my colleague could check in. Nothing on web site regarding despots for hotel rooms until they noticed he had PPE on. Prejudice against workmen.

Liked: Staff were very apologetic towards us with our complaint
Disliked: The room was so hot with no air con or fans to help in the summer heat , the shower flooded so I couldn’t actually shower , no warm/hot water , shower cubical so small could barely fit in. The door also wouldn’t close and the handle snapped off. Stains everywhere and smelt of smoke in the bathroom as if someone was smoking below. Had to leave and stay in another hotel

Liked: The breakfast was great and the room was ok. Our shower broke and the guy who came out to look could not fix so kept offering us a free upgrade which we did not need not was a lovely too
Disliked: I was charged £6 parking even thou I had free parking as part of my booking but they blamed booking. Com. they have a sign up about taking a holding deposit but Money does not leave you account when in fact it got took straight out of my account and when I said the sign was worded wrong tthe staff could not understand why the sign was wrong so I now have to wait 7 days for it to return to my bank.
