Liked: Overnight stay to break our journey south. Made to feel very welcome. Efficient check in and easy to access the room. Pub and public areas all very clean. Good selection of drinks and coffee. Food was very good and well cooked, we had the burger deal including a drink for just over £11. Excellent full English breakfast before we left. Would certainly stay again and recommend for anyone looking to stay in the area or break their journey

Convenient location and quiet room...

Disliked: Unfortunately there was a leak from the ceiling in the bedroom after the shower was used in the morning.Good job I didn't have a shower the night before otherwise I wouldn't be able to sleep in that bed!Just 1 tea bag.You would expect at least 2 one for the evening and one for next morning.
