Disliked: Not taking cash, lack of teaspoons and toiletries in the room, some staff poor communication and lack of understanding when asking questions

Comfortable stay with lovely woodland...

Liked: The rooms were comfy , the woodlands were a lovely to walk round and the breakfast was very good
Disliked: There were no robes in the room , the tv could of had sky or at least more channels , no easy access to transport to out for for the day ( only taxis, which was a nightmare because of ehd). Would benefit some kind of day excursion's or transport into town , as if you don’t drive like me I felt trapped, especially when you are stooping for 3 days or longer .Had a power cut so couldn’t check in and the staff not very informative.

Liked: Lovely comfortable and clean room. Leisure facilities were excellent
Disliked: Not great to have to walk outside to go to the restaurant.
