It was disappointing and uncomfortable....
Liked: There were drunks being exceptionally loud, rowdy and a little rude and were not asked to calm down during a point at which a fight almost broke out. Very uncomfortable for any visitor and doesn't meet my expectations. All the rooms are very old, with dust throughout. The shower was either hot or cold. It certainly needs a lot of cleaning and some modernisation.
Disliked: The room and how rowdy the friends of the pub were when drinking. Not setting a good example.

Great people, great food, great...
Liked: The staff went above and beyond for us from the moment we arrived. They were friendly, funny and made us feel comfortable straight away. The location was perfect for us as we were visiting a wedding venue and the hotel was only 20 minutes away. We arrived late due to travelling after work and they kept the kitchen open for us so we were able to have somthing to eat. Which was just what we needed, great food and great value for money. Even though the pub was busy we slept like 2 logs all night being far enough away that it didn't effect us and the comfy bed definitely helped. We would definitely reccomend.

Poor
Liked: It was quiet and warm. Stan, the owner, was friendly and nothing was too much trouble.
Disliked: The bed. The towels .The carpet.The shower. Air fresheners everywhere.

Very good stay, excellent evening...
Liked: Very clean, warm, nice room, easy parking.
Disliked: A little problem with the wi fi but only one night made it unimportant

AMAZING!
Liked: Outstanding customer service both for me and my dog. Staff were more than pet friendly, they were amazing! Brilliant value for money, great food & drink. Super atmosphere with locals who were equally as friendly. I will DEFINITELY stay here again and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND it. If I was being hyper critical, then some different pillows would have been perfect but at this price point, I cannot complain in anyway at all. IT'S BRILLIANT!

reasonable price , good breakfast
Liked: The staff were very friendly , unfortunately too late for dinner so 2 packets of crisps. Breakfast was very good and the hotel was value for money
Disliked: Unfortunately the headboard on the bed was loose and banged against the wall everytime I moved in BedNo wi fi was a great problem. Unable to access it anywhere in the hotel, so meant i was unable to keep in contact with work
