The reception staff were amazing...

Liked: The hotel itself is lovely, some areas need a bit of TLC but its is obviously undergoing renovation. We were travelling as a group for our Mum’s 70th Birthday. The corridor our room was located on was being re carpeted and decorated which meant we had to go upstairs and along the corridor and then come back down at the opposite side to access our rooms, which isn’t ideal with a 70 year old and someone who’s nearly 80. The brasserie is lovely and the spa delivered everything it promised.
Disliked: Some of the staff in the brasserie were quite rude.
