Very good and would use...

Liked: Great room, good space and comfortable, bath and separate shower with very good power and flow. Breakfast was very good, help yourself buffet. Staff very helpful.
Disliked: I enjoyed the stay and would recommend the hotel to others. The only area of improvement was around the spa facilities which where looking a little tired and there where no timers or clocks in either the stream room or sauna. However the facilities where generally good and a good sized pool.

Fantastic Hotel.

Liked: Lovely building and surroundings . Spectacular view on drive up to entrance . Good spacious room. Loved it, would stay again.
Disliked: Spa was disappointing, unfortunately it was during easter holidays so too many children in pool. Service wasn't great in restaurant.

Liked: The location is excellent and the building and grounds amazing
Disliked: Some staff very nice but others less so. We spent three nights with family celebrating our son’s wedding. It was disappointing that there was very little fuss made of the bride and groom even on the day of the wedding. I appreciate for staff this is business but a massive day for those who were staying and in attendance at the wedding. Our daughter got married last year and the hotel staff were amazing and made her and her husband feel so special - not the case here unfortunately- bride had a debate on the morning of her wedding to get breakfast in the room for her disabled dad. What a start to her day!!! We paid premium rate for the rooms we stayed in but far from premium with holes in curtains, carpets etc. My advice is to save yourself money and stay in the new part of the hotel which I’m told was very nice or better still look elsewhere!
