Disliked: Facilities were not set out for number of guests- bar area was very small and it appeared there was a private event on

Loved it

Liked: The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood. Our room faced the courtyard. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was large and very clean. Their breakfast was class, we enjoyed it. The leisure center was really good. The pool was relaxing, and the sauna and steam room were really hot, which we loved. The Jacuzzi was good as well. Staff were helpful and friendly. We had a good time

Disliked: Internet to the room was poor. The mattress on the bed needs changing as it had a dip in it.

Disliked: Stains in the bathroom floor ,same on the bedding,room wasn't ready when we arrived so we had to wait for a different room we got drinks vouchers from the gentleman in the reception who was very apologetic, when we arrived for breakfast the floor was full of cornflakes and crumbs very untidy
