Liked: Attended for a wedding, and it couldn't have been better.
Disliked: Price of drinks. Also, the bar was not very well stocked. ( we could not buy a bottle of water).

Liked: Good location for Chester. Staff tried to be helpful but we were constantly told that they were short staffed as an excuse for failings
Disliked: Other reviews have mentioned lack of cleanliness. Room full of cobwebs. Service at dinner on first night was painfully slow. Took over 40 minutes to receive any food. A n event on the last night went on until one o’clock in the morning with music so loud it was impossible to sleep. Either warn us in advance or situate guests not involved further away

Disliked: Breakfast Staff rude Food for a spa hotel very poor. Chopped up apple and a pear is not fresh fruit breakfast. Bought yogurt not acceptable. No alternative. Waited ages for a poached egg Ruined the day. No appointments for the 2 days we were there in the health club. A waste of time being at a spa hotel.
