Liked: Everything was clean and the employees were very nice. Old Town was a very good experience. Loved everything about it. Everything closed a little too early but besides that it was great.
Disliked: Water pressure wasn't good. Other than that it was great.

Disliked: I didn’t like that there wasn’t free parking - actually it was quite expensive and there was also limited parking spots. For a car city- I think guests should have complimentary parking. When I had asked for some creamers, the hotel lobby staff had told me that I had to go down to restaurant and get them myself. So for a fairly reputable hotel, not having room service where we pay for such a service was disappointing to say the least. If this was the case, I would’ve just gotten a self-service apartment or airbnb

Disliked: Items in disrepair. Had to wait for towels to be delivered so couldn’t shower. Gym equipment broken.
