Disliked: The desk and some things cosmetic was not too cute on the eyes but the rooms as clean

Disliked: The hotel had no water one of the days, and did a fire inspection one of the days as well. Advertised for an airport shuttle they did not have anymore and also for a "bar" inside the hotel that was a walk up counter only open a few hours a day.

Disliked: I planned to spend my daughters birthday weekend there specifically for the pool. I called the week of to confirm that it was open. Once I got there and checked in, the pool was closed for the weekend, we were very upset and I wasted my money.

Liked: my room was clean and the bed was super comfy, Staff was friendly.
Disliked: They did not book my room properly. I requested a king with a balcony. They also saved my reservation under the wrong name and moved my room to a king without a balconly. They really need to update what amities they currently have as I was hoping for the indoor pool but it was down due to maintenance. Had I known that my room was going to be wrong and the pool was down I would have been okay, but since there was no communication on any of these subjects before I got there. I was a little disappointed.

Disliked: That I arrived with a confirmation in hand and they didn’t have a room for me. Imagine being a small female, alone, almost midnight, and no room to be given. I had to go somewhere else. The clerk told me that I wasn’t the first person this happened to thru booking.com
