Comfortable room. Nice staff.

Liked: Room was comfortable
Disliked: The whirlpool was broken. I chose that hotel for the indoor pool and whirlpool. I wanted to relax while the kids played in the pool and could not.

Great location as it was...

Liked: I liked the bar, fire pit, Starbucks coffee, and the pool.
Disliked: TVs were outdated, false advertising about dinner at the hotel. The hot tub wasn’t working. Had to ask staff to light the fire pit. Couldn’t use cash for breakfast, bar or store. Room was never cleaned the whole time we were there. Had to ask for more towels and toilet paper.

The room service was amazing...

Liked: The staff were absolutely amazing and it was in a good area. A good walking distance from the mall and other restaurants.
