The staff was the highlight for me and my kids. Front desk was always smiling, helpful, and kind. Accommodations were perfect and if we're ever in Milwaukee again, it will be our go to place.

Liked: Renovations were recently completed and looked great.
Disliked: Only low point was the shower handle popping off (room 218).

We arrived late in the evening, and were upgraded to a suite since I am a Marriott Rewards member. I really appreciated that extra benefit. Hotel seemed more like a regular Marriott than a Courtyard - more elegant. Parking fee allowed us in and out privileges for 24 hours, not just until we checked out.

Liked: Good value. Convenient location. Friendly staff.
Disliked: Furniture in room was a little dated. $15 for parking.

Disliked: The 3rd street market was closed which was one of the factors we stayed there so kids could play the games and eat.

It was a great weekend....

Liked: Great location. Comfortable beds.
Disliked: Did not like that bathroom fan, which was very loud, had to be on if light was on. Disappointed there was no safe in the room.I felt it was overpriced for being rather outdated.

Liked: Lots of construction noise. Parking garage was okay but cost $22. No free breakfast but you can buy breakfast at the “bistro.” Room itself was decent.

This hotel was convenient and...

Liked: Location was good for our needs. Room was clean and adequate, but nothing special given the price. Parking was OK, but a little inconvenient. Security seemed OK.
Disliked: Access to and from parking was a little klunky, but give location is understandable. Did not feel this accommodation justified the price - did not feel this was a good value.
