Good value and good location

Liked: The hotel shuttle, the service in the lobby and the available items at the hotel store. Also, the fact that the guest area was only accessible by guests using their room keys to electronically open a door.
Disliked: There wasn't really anything that I didn't like.

Bad

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Room was dirty and bad. Service is bad, I didn’t like the hotel and wanted to switch and they didn’t make a return. Even when I said let me move to another Marriott close by they didn’t do anything. So I couldn’t take my money and left the hotel and went to another hotel at Venice beach. And I like Bonvoy I am a part of it. But here it is a disaster.

Our choice to stay near...

Liked: We love staying here whenever we fly in and out of Los Angeles Airport. We like the free shuttle bus, the fact that we can check our bags in early, the size of our room, and how friendly the staff is. On on one of our trips, the hotel stored my husband’s golf clubs for a few days. We also like the proximity of the 10 minute walk to In & Out Burger and the park to sit and watch the planes!

Nice location that is close...

Liked: The hotel was really close to the airport and it provides shuttle service between the airport and hotel. The room was very spacious and comes with a sofa. Bed was comfortable enough. The bistro bar serves nice food and it was quiet enough to chill for an evening if you don't wish to venture out.
Disliked: The electrical points were old and so I could not get my hairdryer to work properly. The shower head was not flexible and only faced one direction.
