Good location

Liked: Very friendly staff, clean rooms, good showers
Disliked: No breakfast, no free coffee in the lobby

Liked: The hotel was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. We also liked that we didn't have to deal with the homeless community that are present at other area hotels (along with the pot smoking and drugs).
Disliked: Breakfast was not included in the cost of the stay. Now, I can see why this policy may have been instituted, to keep the local drug users out. And to that end, I am happy.

Disliked: Tv not working-given free breakfast. Very loud music from car in lot late in evening.

Disliked: The card maker was not working and I never got a room key and had to wait for staff to be available to let me in my room. The hot tub was cold. The coffee in the morning was cold. Not even a continental breakfast offered. 2nd floor ice machine broken.
