hotel was difficult to locate...

Liked: very clean and well maintained facility, walking distance to several points of interest. friendly staff for the most part.
Disliked: i had valet service without asking for it, i thought it was complimentary since i didnt see any other option of where to park, that was never mentioned in the booking unless i missed it. when i checked my american express card when i got home i see that i was charged 60.00 extra, im assuming it was for the valet parking? i know employees dont work for free but how is this fair to be charged 60.00 that you are not expecting or notified about, i never received a receipt to itemize what i was billed for. i dont think this is a fair business practice for your guests, its seems shady and dishonest.

Liked: Located at downtown Houston. A few restaurants nearby within 10-15 mins walk. Good thing there is starbucks take out at the corner of the building.
Disliked: There are a few breakfast options.
