Liked: I liked the room set up even if it was on the smaller side it was as laid out nice . I love the Balcony to be able to slide the door open and get fresh air!
Disliked: I will say this It could have been cleaner .. slider door was dirty.. attention to cleanliness was lacking .

Great experience, great location, quiet.
Liked: Location - shopping and restaurants in very close proximity. We were able to work in our room and in the lobby area once we checked out and had to wait until it was time to go to the airport. Helpful and friendly staff. Delilah, there during the day 4/8, was very nice and helpful in having lunch available for the guests while waiting to see the solar eclipse. This was very thoughtful for hotel managment to approve/provide - an unexpected pleasant suprise.
Disliked: Did not partake in breakfast; however, we thought it was included with our room cost. Remind staff when they tell guests there is breakfast that it is not complimentary. The pillows were too lumpy. Water pressure low in the shower.

Very nice hotel will be...
Liked: Rooms were very spacious and clean and the front counter staff was very nice and welcoming. Beds were very comfortable.
Disliked: Didn’t like that for the price you don’t get a complimentary breakfast

Liked: Just a quick, one night stay, but it was very nice! Clean and good amenities. Wish we had more time to spend there. Good location, near many stores and restaurants.

Terrible Customer Service
Liked: The room was clean
Disliked: They gave my room away that I had a reservation for. So when I arrived they stated that they didn’t have a room for me and that I had to call the agency that I booked the room with to figure something out like it was my fault. They eventually found a room for me but that’s not good customer service. Then the day I was leaving I asked for a late check out and they refused my request. With the exception of the manager, the staff and the customer service were terrible. They made me feel “NOT WELCOME” while staying there. I’ll never stay there again.
