The staff were excellent and because of the bike theft, gave us a free breakfast. The room was very clean and neat.

Liked: On site restaurant; seating areas; room was top notch.
Disliked: Our bike was stolen out of the parking lot and they have no cameras. The hot water in the shower would turn to cold often.

Great location for going to a concert. Clean, comfortable rooms.

Liked: Initial check in was great - courteous and welcoming.
Disliked: Night clerk was rude on more than one occasion.

The hotel is within walking distance of the Observatory so if you are coming in for a show it's a great place to stay. Overall the stay was good.

Liked: Very nice hotel staff; Bistro girls were great!
Disliked: The elevator was kinda slow and a bit scary.

I was very happy with my stay. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and it was within walking distance of the Observatory.
