Cleanliness taken to extremes.

Liked: Clean sheets and towels. Comfortable mattress. Microwave and small fridge in room.
Disliked: Housekeeping took my clean paper plates and plastic silverware which were resting on the countertop next to the microwave, so I had nothing to eat my microwaved dinner with.

Liked: Convenient to restaurants and shops. Not far from downtown Cleveland.
Disliked: The pool was closed and I made sure to book a hotel with an indoor pool. Under the beds looked like they haven’t been cleaned for a while. Over charged me. I got a price from booking.com and they charged me more.
