Liked: This property was a breath of fresh air after a horrible experience earlier. We arrived in Tampa and had reservations at another hotel only to find the cleanliness there absolutely deplorable and was left with no choice but to find a different hotel. We found this hotel and everything about this hotel exceeded our needs and expectations

Disliked: You should let us know it’s Starbucks, website says until 10, they close at 9, they had the lights off, we had to insist the sign says 10h, then the food came wrong.

Disliked: This is an older property that has not been maintained. The owners of the property have not maintained it and invested in the property.The outside of the building, parking lot and surroundings were pretty seedy and unkept. Not well maintained.The 2nd floor ice machine wasn't working and the staff just hung a big gray tarp over the entrance with a sign noting it was out of order and then scribbled in ink to "see the front desk". There was a commercial trash container located near the elevator. Elevator was not clean, some of the carpeting was well used. Wall paper peeling in the hallways. You could tell it was a franchise and not a corporate hotel. The staff knew it too when I pointed it out.There are a lot of new hotels in the Brandon area and if there is a next time, I would not stay at this property but I would stay in another hotel.
