Disliked: The electricity went out at night for a couple of hours.

Liked: We loved that the property was so close to the boardwalk and how nice everyone was!
Disliked: I think the pillows weren’t stiff enough for us but that I think is a personal preference nothing major.

Nice & clean facility.

Liked: Close to the beach.
Disliked: Parking is limited! The service of check-in staff needs improvements.

Liked: The room was clean and the staff was helpful and friendly
Disliked: We didn't like that there was not one place to eat in the hotel or have a coffee

The idea was great, but...

Liked: The rooms were nice and had ample space.
Disliked: The heaters did not work, the tv did not work properly. The staff were unhelpful and placed our party at great risk by allowing us to swim in the pool that was supposed to be closed due to the harsh chemicals placed inside. The amenities were unavailable (pool, spa, etc).

Liked: Courteous rapid check-in. Great location - could walk to the Boardwalk and quick drive to downtown.Room and bathroom were large. Bed was super- comfey.All staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Only complaint was the rain - not the property’s fault.Parking Garage is small but parking Attendants very good.
