Great place but service needs...

Liked: The facilities are quite new and the hotel location is great.
Disliked: The service, the staff was not professional. No kettle in the room, no room service available. We ordered food in the bistrot and the chickens was undercooked.

Disliked: The bathroom door was broken. The bar opened late and closed early.

Slept well, great location, great...

Liked: Would have preferred a regular parking option vs just valet. Was kind of a pain to have to wait at valet anytime we wanted to come or go… or get something out of the car.
Disliked: Great staff, comfortable, clean, quiet. Great stay.

Liked: the property was clean and rooms are very spacious, for winter it would have been nice to have an indoor heated pool, but they do have an outdoor heated pool, I think parking for guest in garage should only be $10 per day not $25.00. But walking to boardwalk is amazing.
