Aside from the commotions on...

Liked: Pet friendly and we were given a room very close to exit, it was very convenient for the pet.
Disliked: They were doing renovations at the time and since our room was close to an exit, we heard all the commotions of furnitures being moved.

Excellent stay and travel experience...

Liked: Staff were friendly and helpfulWater and snacks in lobby, pool area and facilities clean and attended to well
Disliked: Renovated rooms are very nice. Small details like a spot to put wet soap bar by sink other than the counter, tub very slick when wet and nothing to hold on to

The Courtyard came through for...

Liked: We made a last minute reservation because we encountered some issues with our original reservation. We were able to get amazing rooms at the Courtyard. The lady at the reception was exceptionally helpful. Unfortunately, I can't remember her name. She welcomed us with a ssmile and tried to accommodate our 5 member family, which was not an easy task! She upgraded us to a suite, and got our kids the best rooms they had that might. She went out of her way to help us and make us feel welcome. The hotel was just renovated. It looks great! I would definitely go back!

Liked: location, nice mattress and sheets , bathroom was nice for one person

Great staff but hotel disappointing.

Liked: The Staff was wonderful and friendly.
Disliked: The hotel is going through renovations at the moment. The parking is filled with containers so there is not enough available spaces. And the prepaid breakfast was a big disappointment. It would be best to go into town and get something nicer to start the day.
