Exceptional

We really enjoyed our stay!...

Liked: The hotel was clean, modern, convenient. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
Disliked: Our room was a little smaller than expected. Our room did not get cleaned our entire stay.

Liked: Large and clean room Newly renovated No bedbugs Great location Lots parking spaces Quick check in and out Love the closet and huge bathroom, great water pressure Starbucks downstairs
Disliked: It’s my time booked this hotel through booking.com. I always check with hotel directly again to make sure there is no any 3rd party surprises. Yet it’s hard to reach the hotel directly.However I did receive a 24h early check in email notification email from the hotel. For the first timer, it might cause a little anxious mood.

Reasonable price for a night's...

Liked: It was near the venue where we attended a party and the price is reasonable. I liked the suite room.
Disliked: My request for the rooms to be in close proximity with the rest of my family was not followed. Two of the rooms were not also ready when my family members arrived. I know they were a bit late checking in, but I was not expecting that it won't still be ready at the time. I booked for 4 rooms with sofa bed but when I checked the rooms, there weren't any sofa bed available except for the suite that I stayed in. The rooms are generally clean but the lobby carpet needs an upgrade. There's a restaurant on site open during breakfast and lunch, then at 5pm for dinner.

Liked: Clean good sized room
Disliked: The fridge is on a 2 hour timer. You can't store food in it or medication. I asked for a second ice bucket to try to make sure my insulin stayed cold, by floating it in additional bags the sweet front desk agent brought me. She was very helpful and offered to put it in the hotel fridges downstairs, but unfortunately, I needed it easily accessible. She immediately brought up a spare ice bucket and a few extra liners, even at 10 pm and was super friendly about it.
