Liked: It’s located near malls, shopping and entertainment centers. Also it has a lot or parking spots

Great value overall!
Liked: The breakfast was great and the rooms were clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The only downside is the lack of a nice view, but if you’re just using the hotel as a base to explore the area, it’s not a big deal.

Fair price but not what...
Liked: The location.
Disliked: The price for breakfast was high. The pool and hot tub were dirty with the jets not working. One main elevator was a disappointment esp as we stayed in the top floor. The parking spaces are tight esp for people with larger vehicles/trucks.

Good
Liked: The convenience of the location made it easy to get to places quickly to enjoy the sites. Downtown, Mission bay, little Italy, gaslamp, and old town were a 15 min trip if not less with no traffic.
Disliked: The trash left out in the hallways by other guests. The jacuzzi was not working properly. The 7th floor ice machine was broken ( the floor i was on).

Comfortable
Liked: The staff is friendly and welcoming. The facility was clean and organized. Our room was clean, quiet, and beds comfortable.
Disliked: My tv froze over and over. Thankfully I wasn’t in the room enough to need to use it. The Starbucks was watery and never uniform. I asked for a late checkout. I was given a time , but felt rushed out the door my front desk staff. Asking if I was packing and leaving.

Will NOT return. Very disappointed...
Liked: Location near Town & Country Convention Center
Disliked: Paying $30/night for parking too expensive especially for long stays. Cable TV was horrible -- kept freezing OFTEN up to 5 minutes at a time. WiFi in the hotel was terrible for Bonvoy members. Sporadic maid service unless we request it and even then there were some days during our 10 day stay when the maid did not service us. We had to ask for more coffee & cups, kleenex, toilet paper, clean towels, Shampoo & conditioner. Room was dark -- could use more lamps or lighting. Some front desk workers were sassy (good one when we checked in but not when we checked out). A/C is TOO LOUD.
