A clean & reasonable option...

Liked: As downtown Raleigh was over-booked/-priced for the weekend, we found this reasonable option N of the city. The property was relatively clean w/ contemporary decor and basic modern amenities in our room. This location was right across the street from a nice shopping-center w/ good grocery and fast-casual dining options, but also right off a main road + highway to get you downtown or elsewhere fairly easily.
Disliked: Nothing special about this property — just a fair & reasonable option outside of downtown.
