Disappointing

Liked: Location, pool for kids.
Disliked: 1) The woman who helped with check-in was nice but very difficult to understand. (It wasn't her accent. She just didn't speak up and had poor diction.)2) An ant ran up my arm while in my bedroom. 3) Our daughter's 7-year-old vomited in bed around 9:30 pm. She called for assistance (new bedding, etc.) but no one in housekeeping or the front desk answered her calls. I eventually got someone at the front desk. The woman at the front desk (not the same one who checked us in) very nicely brought up replacement bedding within a few minutes. She apologized that was all she could do to help us, however, because she was the only person on duty. (This is supposed to be a Marriott, right? Disgraceful!)4) The sofa bed in both rooms was extremely uncomfortable to sit in.

Would never stay there again...

Liked: Size of room
Disliked: Gym out of order. Loudest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Nonstop yelling and loud guests up until 3am. Had to made multiple complaints with no resolve. Area did not feel safe.

Terrible staff at front desk...

Liked: They do not give daily maintenance to your room. The jacuzzi had spiders in it. They say the breakfast is included and they charge you for it and then they give it to you one day and nothing the rest of the days. The morning lady that checks in and out very nasty rude and unhelpful at all. You need to make your own beds daily towels are given weekly clean. Room maintenance it once a week the lady at check in the morning time said to us. Just a complete disaster.

Not interested in staying at...

Disliked: I didn't like the breakfast that was included in the cost of my room. It was not advertised as being more of a Continental and that the little Cafe made me feel like they were doing us a favor by allowing my daughter to have an apple with her muffin. I was very disappointed as I have stayed at other hotels and their breakfast were wonderful. A selling point of a hotel includes breakfast for me, that is what I thought I was getting. I most likely won't stay at another Courtyard. Parking was also poor.
