False advertising and poor pricing
Liked: Housekeeping did not show up until 6:30 pm
In site restaurant Monday morning at 7:30 am was out of food
Madison and Chance at front desk and parking were friendly and helpful but this was way overpriced. In not a great area at all to walk around
Disliked: Price was way 2 high. Supposed to be 169 ea h night You charged me 209 for Monday night Some staff not friendly Housekeeping service ignored room Location was not as described No amenities at this hotel - not even a bottle of water, one glass in room with 2 queens

Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very brightly lit. And the room felt very clean.
Disliked: Theres was only one tiny trashcan and we really would have benefited from having two. Three people tend to generate a fair amount of trash.

Disliked: I am glad that I printed my receipt, even though I paid for breakfast for two, the hotel seemed to think that I hadn?t. Parking was also an added expense that was not made clear, I prefer to know all cost up front, as parking was difficult.

Welcoming check-in, lovely, quiet, clean...
Liked: A weary traveler, entering town hours before check-in, I expected to park my luggage, traipse around a breezy downtown, bouncing from coffee shop to coffee shop to kill time while fighting to stay awake. This location, like an inn from times long ago, recognized the fatigue in my frame, and most graciously offered me an early check-in. For this alone, I will spread their gospel far and wide. In addition, though only there for one night, the room was comfortable and spotless, a true oasis in a desert of travel.

Good location for the convention...
Liked: Breakfast was better than a buffet, as it was made to order and the price was what you would expect for a right in downtown hotel. Convention Center was right around the corner.
