Slight problem with shuttle.

Was a great experience.

Liked: Breakfast was great. Staff very accommodating.
Disliked: More water fountains.

Hotel was nice and clean...

Liked: Location right downtown with restaurants right across the street.
Disliked: Said free breakfast but only offered very little for free. We paid for breakfast $50. A voucher for an amount would have at least given us a break on breakfast. Restaurants were very expensive nearby plus breakfast cost plus valet too expensive. Also air conditioning blew right on one bed. Won’t stay there again I’m afraid.

Very beautiful rooms.

Liked: Check-in was quick and easy. The room was beautiful and cozy. My nice view of the courtyard was really lovely. I have disability and it got the better of me, and the staff were very understanding why we were late checking out and having an accident on the floor.
Disliked: This is in no fault of the hotel or their staff. We just had a scare when we walked out and saw a shooting in broad daylight.

A wonderful stay during Anthrocon...

Liked: I came to Pittsburgh with my friend to attend the renowned Anthrocon—the largest convention of its kind. Courtyard Pittsburgh Downtown was just a 5-minute walk from the David L. Lawrence Convention Center, making it an ideal choice for our extended stay during the event.The hotel staff were friendly, helpful, and incredibly welcoming. My friend and I felt truly appreciated when we checked in and mentioned we were visiting as 'furries' and tourists.We were very happy with our room—it was spacious, spotless, and quiet, offering the perfect environment to relax after long, exciting days at the convention. The housekeeping team was attentive and kind, consistently keeping our room clean and comfortable.The Bistro on-site served a variety of nutritious breakfasts and delicious coffee. I appreciated the range of choices and thoroughly enjoyed every meal there.
Disliked: I believe I may have been overcharged when booking this hotel through Booking.com. Next time, I'll compare rates on the official Courtyard by Marriott website.
