A decent hotel for crashing...

Liked: If you are attending a concert or any other event at the Prudential, this hotel is really convenient. The sky bridge definitely saved us from standing outside in line in direct sunlight considering how hot it was this week.

Pleasant.

Liked: Htl was a nice surprise for the area. Beds were comfy. Fridge in room was a nice bonus. My oone complaint which was a Big one since I couldn't open the windows. The room STANK of sweat and body odor. It was off putting and disgusting but I sprayed my own air neutralizer and disinfectant which dissipated it somewhat. On the PLUS side, breakfast was Excellent. Not the usual dry toast and oatmeal but actually Delicious, tasty choices. Thank you

Very unsatisfied.

Liked: At first, I was a little concerned about the location. But once we were all checked in, my concerns were eased. The property was very safe and secure. The parking attendant was very rude. So that was my initial experience. Then, I had difficulty unloading all of my bags into the lobby. But Mr. Nelson came out and helped me carry my bags inside and put them on a cart for me. Also, Ms. Kimberly was very kind and accommodating.
Disliked: So, I booked three rooms that included breakfast. I had 8 family members including me. When we went down for breakfast, we were told that the chef was out and they only had one breakfast burrito left. I explained to them that I paid for the breakfast package. But they said that there was nothing that they could do, because I booked through Bookig.com So, we went out for breakfast and spent over $100 dollars. I am not pleased.

Planning to stay elsewhere when...

Liked: It was next to prudential
Disliked: Parking situation especially trying to lug luggage around. Place wasn’t as clean as expected considering the location. Almost $300 for a 2star.

it was just ok for...

Liked: Location is good , right in the downtown. near to Path Station
Disliked: There is no proper parking even to unload the baggage , property asked to pay to parking even just for 15 mins parking
