Very unsatisfied.

Liked: At first, I was a little concerned about the location. But once we were all checked in, my concerns were eased. The property was very safe and secure. The parking attendant was very rude. So that was my initial experience. Then, I had difficulty unloading all of my bags into the lobby. But Mr. Nelson came out and helped me carry my bags inside and put them on a cart for me. Also, Ms. Kimberly was very kind and accommodating.
Disliked: So, I booked three rooms that included breakfast. I had 8 family members including me. When we went down for breakfast, we were told that the chef was out and they only had one breakfast burrito left. I explained to them that I paid for the breakfast package. But they said that there was nothing that they could do, because I booked through Bookig.com So, we went out for breakfast and spent over $100 dollars. I am not pleased.

Liked: It was next to prudential
Disliked: Parking situation especially trying to lug luggage around. Place wasn’t as clean as expected considering the location. Almost $300 for a 2star.

Disliked: There is no proper parking even to unload the baggage , property asked to pay to parking even just for 15 mins parking

Disliked: I was supposed to get breakfast in my stay and didn’t. The ATM was broken , The front desk could t process my credit card and there was nothing wrong with my card
