Good value for money.

Liked: The room was pleasant and clean. I very much like the fact that there were hardwood floor- carpet is always terrible for dirt.
Disliked: Couldnt even get a glass of water at the bar. They made me buy it. IT really wouldnt be hard to set up a water cooler in the lobby.

We like our stay due...

Liked: Great location, close to broadway shows, time square, Empire State Building, grand central etc. easy access to subway and from there to any part of NYC. Mostly nice staff, safe environment.
Disliked: Our room had view on another wall in backyard. Coffee maker was not working, they changed it after second call only.

Very good

Liked: The hotel was nice and the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable.
Disliked: Although the location was very close to many things within walking distance, outside of the hotel, many homeless people seemed to be staying there, day and night. This was a bit uncomfortable, especially at night.
