A Comfortable and Modern NYC...

Liked: This was my best stay in a NY hotel. I liked its modern design and the spacious room. We felt comfortable in the room, didn't feel cramped, but were very relaxed. The bed was big enough for two people. The location was fantastic, within walking distance to many iconic sights.
Disliked: If you drive to the city, there is a parking lot just a block ahead. Hotel staff will show you. The hotel is not affiliated with the parking lot, so there will not be a special discount. Secondly, the breakfast offered in the good cafe space on the lobby floor, but keep in mind that you pay for it. It is not free, and after 11, there is no service, but you can enjoy the space for study etc.

The WORST Courtyard I have...

Liked: None.
Disliked: This is the worst Courtyard I have every stayed at! Room is extremely small even by NYC standard (advertised online as 25 - 29 sqm, definitely false, 15 sqm at most). No complimentary water. White and cloudy tap water in the bath room. Flies in the room. Noisy and sometimes sketchy neighborhood. Think twice before you book this hotel, there are better choices out there at this price tag.

Disliked: Staff were a little standoffish, nothing major, but I did’t feel very welcome in the hotel - except for Brian who helped me with my bags and was super friendly!
