Excellent, will be returning!

Liked: Location is great 5-10min walk to Times Square 5 min walk to the Empire State Building. Great location very central to everything. Windows opened a couple of cm was great to be able to let some fresh air in and also be able to know if I needed an extra jacket or not.
Disliked: Took a while to adjust to the car horns. Can hear it in the room all night long and that’s coming from living on a main busy road in Australia city.

I felt safe and it...

Liked: room was clean. We only needed a place to sleep for 1 night and it was perfect. Not a big room, but that's how nyc is. Compared to other hotels we've stayed in while in nyc it was probably the nicest.
Disliked: small, but not much to do about that

Staff was amazing. Especially all...

Liked: Location was great. Close to subway and Bryant park and major attractions
Disliked: Waiting in line for the elevator in the morning. Though that will be anywhere in NYC

Great location for NY trip

Liked: Great location! Very close to Grand Central Station and Times Square. Near many of the tourist destinations in New York as well as a wide range of restaurants and bars.
Disliked: There are no breakfast facilities at the hotel. There is a coffee shop next-door though.
