A great stay, would definitely...

Liked: Great location, near Madison Square Garden. The staff were really friendly and the room was clean whenever we returned from a day of exploring.
Disliked: Aircon was a bit loud but we were so tired from walking around Manhattan and Brooklyn that we barely noticed it. I'd rather have the aircon than not though!

Insanely Overpriced tiny basic room...

Liked: The location was perfect for where we wanted to walk to.everything was clean and orderly. That’s it. Those are the 2 positive take away.
Disliked: The price of 1 nights stay is absurd. $375 for a bed and bathroom. Mundane view. No real amenities. The “includes breakfast” should be changed to “over priced sub par breakfast options offered at AN ADDITIONAL COST! Staff wasn’t friendly or helpful. Ice machine is only in the basement. No little extras with toiletries or snacks. Only given 2 room temperature bottles of water. Would not stay again. Definitely would not recommend.

Liked: Location!! Close to subway and buses, not too far from many attractions (Empire State, Madison Sq. Garden, few blocks from Times Square)

Exceptional

Liked: I didn't realize just how close this was to Times Square. Having no experience with NYC that was a great unexpected surprise and it's very close to Penn Station which is a main hub for getting around easily. It's close the the square but far enough away to not get a bulk of the noise pollution. The room was clean, nice and bright and it's kind of weird to say but possibly the smoothest elevator I've been on. Without hesitation I'd recommend this spot in the future.
