Great location

Liked: Great location, right in the middle of Manhattan. Close to bus, underground and Penn train station.Many of the main attractions are in walking distance. Staff in Cafe, downstairs in lobby are super friendly, nice coffee.
Disliked: We had a room with two double beds for the family of 4. The size of the room and beds were on the small size. Otherwise beds were comfortable, room was on 17th floor, no problem with noise.

Liked: Unfriendly staff, wouldn't accept a big Amazon package. Said it was too big. Location is good for shopping. It's midtown in the center

Wonderful quaint location to stay!!

Liked: It was very attractive and artsy. I love the food area downstairs. Very comfortable and right around the corner from MSG. Where I had a concert to attend.

Bed bug bites on first...

Liked: Decently located.
Disliked: First visit to New York (and US) and chose Courtyard by Marriott NY Manhattan/Chelsea. Had a bad case of bed bug bites on areas not covered by my clothes while sleeping (was wearing t-shirt and shorts) after spending the first night there. Called the reception and was given a new room.Hotel said they investigated and denied that there were bed bugs there. The bite marks were even more prominent and itches more on day 2 onwards. Sent video and pics as proof - still denied by hotel.Cross checked if anyone has had the same experience as myself. And there are. Basically spent my whole week in NY scratching the itch from the bites. Just beware that you might experience the same thing as I did.
