Liked: Location to MSG is perfect and a short 5 minute walk to Times Square. The staff was extremely friendly. The bed was very comfortable.

Good, but i will not...

Liked: The location was excellent. The bed was very confortable. The room size was good.
Disliked: The AC unit makes loud noises when it starts to heat the room. It wakes you up in the night every time it turns on. Without it the room gets very cold as there is a separate ventilation grill that brings cold air in , which cannot be closed. The technitian that came to repair the AC said that it's the same in every room. For the price and the four stars of the hotel i was dissapointed not to have slippers and free water in the room.

Superb

Liked: High standard, like with every hotel ?by Mariott?. Room was small, but like all in Manhattan, bit pricey, but again like all in Mamhattan. Bathroom was nice, complemented with shampoos by Paul Mitchell. Great accessibility to Penn Station and nearby subway.

We will be coming back!
