I would definitely stay again!

Liked: The staff were so friendly, professional and made sure to please all.
Disliked: Starbucks in lobby closed at 1130a daily.

It was nice

Liked: Location and facilities
Disliked: The expectation of given a tip everyday! We paid for the stay and we were expecting our room to be looked after even without leaving a tip on the desk!

Great location

Liked: The lighting was rather random in the room. But the room itself was alright. I don't know if it was this hotel, or the US hotels in general, but there was no complementary water which felt odd.
Disliked: No complementary water bottles at all.

Great location, clean and comfortable

Liked: Wonderfully located next to Penn Station, Madison Sq Garden, Empire State Building, shopping, transportation. Clean, comfortable with all the facilities needed for a great holiday
Disliked: A bit noisy- easily solved with ear plugs overnight
