They over charged me took...

Liked: Nice and clean.
Disliked: Property was fine. The staff over charged me and I had over $600 missing from my account for 5 days that ruined my trip

Avoid.Not suitable for any stay

Liked: Nothing really. It’s in Downtown in the Financial district and is close (10 Mon walk) to subways. But other than that there is nothing positive about the property.
Disliked: Frankly Marriott should rehaul this property. When we checked in we found the room really small for a standard size room with two double beds and 4 people. We are Marriott Bonvoy members and were not given any preferences. The fridge didn’t work and neither did the iron which was fixed later. The carpet in the room is filthy. Everyone at reception had some issue or other with their rooms. Unfortunately for us we had a very bad experience. Our son’s Lego bag with a brand new toy inside was taken away by the cleaning staff without asking while they were cleaning the room. When we complained at reception we were eventually met by Jennifer, housekeeping supervisor who promised to resolve the issue (to find it or compensate for it). She never got back to us. We went to reception to check if there were any messages but apparently she was not in the hotel suddenly. Very poor form from Marriott. This is not expected- no accountability and zero customer service.
