My stay could have been...

Liked: The air conditioning was not working in room 1201 No one pick up the phone when calling the front desk to report the problem so I’m guessing that didn’t work either
Disliked: The property was nice

Liked: This is our second time staying here and we hope to wha again. We love the Financial District as a place to stay, it feels like New York but without the chaos, quite a peaceful area! And the hotel is great, we love it!

Very good

Liked: Great room which has everything we needed. We wasnt there so much but everything was fine.
Disliked: Waiting for the elevator, also we had bought room with view on town and we didnt see much.

Liked: Easy access to Metro, walking distance to many important sightseeing spots.
Disliked: Room was clean but general house keeping of the building and floors can be better.

We would definitely recommend this...

Liked: I liked the location a lot. Very close to the trains and other restaurants and attractions if you’re a tourist.
Disliked: They could use some renovations but overall they are a great hotel.

Good location.

Liked: The location was good and the patio area on the 5th floor was nice. Rooms are so small so having that outside space was a life saver
Disliked: Rooms were not cleaned, it seemed they placed do not disturb on the door. We never used the the placard but it was apparently the reason they didn’t come in. Seemed it was moved from an adjacent room to our knob?
