Liked: The cleanliness of the room
Disliked: The water turned off in the shower twice. Had to wait minutes before water turned on. Then while showering the pressure kept going in and out. Reported this to the front desk was told "we dont have water problems." Apparently he must have been in the shower twice, once when I showered and the 2nd time when my cousin showered. Asked to speak with the manager, the manager was not there at 10 am!! Unacceptable, manager should at least be present when most people are checking out. Customer service is always important when money is spent.
