Disliked: We stay at Courtyard’s ALL THE TIME!! This was the WORST experience ever!!! The gentleman that checked me in was extremely rude and act as as if he didn’t want to be there. He told us NOTHING about the hotel and just handed me my keys and said, “here’s your room keys. Elevators are the right next in line please.” There was no one behind us checking in. The lobby was empty. The only thing clean about the room was the bedding had been changed. There was someone else’s clothes and food in the closet. All the towels in the bathroom were folded neatly however there was dirt and blood on them. There was also random Kleenexes all over the bathroom floor and the toilet had been used and not flushed. The only other thing that needs to be fixed. Was the water pressure. There was absolutely no water pressure in that bathroom.
